In November 2006 Citizens' Action for Peace sponsored a seminar called the "Listener's Way" which was presented by the American Friends Service Committee. In the following video we see how a gentle, nonconfrontational peace advocate applies "The Listener's Way" skills during a conversation with a woman at the bus stop. She is a staunch defender of President Bush and his decision to attack Iraq and Afghanistan. Is a civil discussion possible? See for yourself.
